2. How do I use your the ticket system?

Visit http://helpdesk321.com/ticket/open.php and fill out the necessary fields in the form then click “Open Ticket” button at the bottom.

3. Should I contact Clickbank about my order?

You can contact us first at support@theminisiteformula.com and we will do everything to resolve any issues that you may encounter.

4. I have a question about your product before I order. Who should I contact?

Yes. Our affiliate program is run via Clickbank.

7. Who do I contact about your affiliate program?

You can get your affiliate link (hoplink) @ ClickBank.com Just search for our product and create a hoplink.

8. How long does it take to get a response from you?

Depending on the volume of inqueries, usually within 24-48 hours.
